Design Philosophy
I believe great design stems from a deep understanding of people. For me, design is more than a visual art form, it’s about crafting solutions to real-world problems and creating impactful user experiences.
With a multidisciplinary background, I bring together research, strategy, psychology, design, and management to tackle complex challenges and create experiences that truly serve people and make a meaningful difference in society.

Leadership
At the core of my leadership approach, I believe in empathy as the foundation for understanding both user needs and team dynamics. By observing, listening, and fostering collaboration, I create environments where ideas grow and teams thrive as we build meaningful products together.
I combine creative problem-solving with strategic thinking, approaching challenges with curiosity and an open mind. While keeping sight of the bigger picture, I also maintain meticulous attention to detail. Grounded in rational, evidence-based decision making, I turn ideas into actionable outcomes that deliver lasting impact.

My Passion for Design
Design has always been at the center of my life. As a kid, I loved sketching and experimenting with diverse forms of art, from paintings to graffiti. Over time, that same curiosity grew into digital art, illustration, and graphic design. Eventually, I built Celestial Works, a digital e-commerce brand, and bootstrapped it using a lean startup approach with zero upfront investment. This experience taught me that design is a powerful driver of innovation and business.
Aspiring to turn my passion for design into a career, I pursued Architecture at JNAFAU, Hyderabad, earning State Rank #10 in NATA. During my architectural journey, I worked at Gensler, Studio 8 Hats, Prelab Design Studio, and Wicker Story, gaining hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and interior projects, as well as landscape and furniture design. This professional practice deepened my understanding of how design shapes not only spaces, but also elevates human experiences and interactions.
My curiosity for continuous learning and exploring new forms of design eventually led me to the field of User Experience Design. This fueled my transition from architecture to UX, where I now create digital ecosystems that are intuitive, efficient, and human-centered. While I shifted from the physical realm to the digital realm, the core principles of design, research, and psychology remain constant across both fields.
Pursuing my Master’s in Business and Science with a specialization in User Experience Design at Rutgers University has allowed me to combine my design foundation with business strategy. This dual background enables me to create products and experiences that are strategically viable while bridging user needs with business objectives. Most recently, I worked as a Research Assistant at the SSI-VR Lab in the Psychology Department at Rutgers, where I contributed as a VR Simulation and UX Designer.
